Easy brewing instructions will provide you with either a few glasses or Iced Tea or a big pitcher, that will stay fresh in your fridge for up to three weeks. Be creative and add some lemon or honey or mix it with natural juice. It will always taste good with the bonus of health promoting properties which no other teas can match.
The easiest way to prepare Rooibos Ice Tea is to brew 1 oz of loose tea or 11 tea bags in 2.5 gallons of water (brew proportionally in a bigger qty.) in suitable container for about 5 to 15 minutes. Leave the Rooibos tea inside the container while the tea cools down. Dispose of the tea bags or strain if using the loose tea and refrigerate. For the Honeybush Iced Tea, follow the same procedure, just use twice the amount of tea for the same volume. Enjoy it.
