The dry season brings the sunshine, that allows the coffee berries to fully develop, attaining their optimum balance. The coffee is naturally cultivated, and during the harvesting season, the beans are handpicked. It is then processed in a controlled environment, to ensure that the coffee is free of any contamination. Only the best quality beans with the best flavor and uniformity are selected and exported to USA where the beans are roasted, packed and distributed.
