Our company is not responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If returning our product, please pack the return order safely and enclose the “Receipt” or copy of the “On line order receipt”. Our company will refund the original cost to your Credit Card or if purchased by Cash or Check will send you Money Order of the relevant amount, minus cost of shipping.
In the very rare case of receiving an incorrect product (as originally ordered), our company will send the correct order, upon receiving the incorrect order and refund your return shipping charge. Alternatively, instead of compensating a customer for the return shipping cost, we could send the customer the replacement product plus an additional product of his choice in the cost bracket of the customer Return shipping cost. Please note that our products are of the highest quality and your satisfaction is of our concern and after more than a decade of serving our customers worldwide, we are please to state that the quality problems with our products are very rare indeed.
We are reserving the right to reject any claims due to damage during the product delivery as it is out of our control. Damage deliveries should be taken up with the relevant USPS or FedEx and the claim forms are available at the these offices on request. Items returned because of incorrect address given will result in a credit on your credit cart, minus the cost of shipping.
